Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@angiechianskincare.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide you with return instructions.

Hygiene Exemption Please note that opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This exemption applies in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(e).

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days.

Return Conditions — Product must be unopened and in original packaging — Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery — Customer is responsible for return shipping costs — Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@angiechianskincare.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
